One of the worldwide leading concerns in financial services acquired a local insurance company in southeast of Europe and faced a demanding challenge. Additionally, marketing and sales were to be restructured and boosted with new impulses.
“concepts for life”, the working title of our project, wasn’t just increasing market share but combined perfectly the philosophy of holding with the local flair of the acquired subsidiary.
